Hatha Yoga - All Levels  

Wednesday evenings

This class series is open to all-levels of experience from those wanting to start, restart or maintain an ongoing yoga practice. It is designed to increase strength and flexibility in an accessible way. Focusing on providing a movement based practice that can be used for stress management, can help boost circulation and will promote overall health and wellbeing. 
 
These classes combine stretching, strengthening yoga postures and mindfulness to develop an individualized yoga practice. Our goal is to provide a relaxed and safe atmosphere for anyone who would like to join. Caitlin’s unique approach to a functional Hatha Yoga practice will make you feel welcome and accomplished. With plenty of modifications, changes and adjustments this class is for everyone. You will be given an opportunity to safely explore and develop your relationship with Yoga.


All classes for both programs will be held at Chicopee River Mills Senior Center. Exercise Studio #17 room located on the 2nd floor of the building at 5 W. Main Street Chicopee. This Class is open to Ages 15yrs. and older.

Instructor Caitlin Lavin has over 9 years of teaching Hatha Yoga and over 14 years experiencing other various forms of yoga.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable and flexible clothing and only need to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
