Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts

The Chicopee Parks & Recreation Department is offering classes in Tang Soo Do- a Korean Martial Art. Come learn with Instructor Master Jeffrey Bulissa, a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and learn about Self-defense, confidence and physical fitness. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesday evenings virtually all participants will be emails a link to get into the class at home. The following classes are being offered Little Dragons (ages 5 to 6):  5 – 5:30 PM, Gups (Beginners white, orange, green belts) (ages 7 & up):  5:30 – 6:30 PM.  and Gups (Advanced brown belts and above) (ages 7 & up):  6:30 - 7:30 PM.
Social Distancing, Equipment and Masks: The participants will be appropriately socially distanced between other participants in the class as well as the instructor. The instructor and all participants will wear a mask for the duration of the activity. Participants are to provide their own equipment including Tennis rackets and masks to use.

All participants for the classes are required to self-screen at home prior to coming to the program for the day. If the participant does not feel well they are advised to please stay at home.

(a) Self-screening shall include checking for symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal symptoms, new loss of taste/smell, muscle aches, or any other symptoms that feel like a cold. Anyone with a fever of 100.0?F or above or any other signs of illness must not be permitted to attend the program.
