Lifeguard Re-Certification

The Parks Department is holding an American Red Cross lifeguard re-certification class at the Chicopee Comp High School Pool. Classes will be held Monday 6/13 until Monday 6/17 from 3pm to 6pm.

The course is for individuals who have had their Lifeguard Certification before, and need to have it reinstated. It is not for people who have never been a certified lifeguard before.

Upon completion of the course, registries will receive certification for Lifesaving as well as CRP/First Aid. Course will be taught by Chicopee Comp Swim Coach, Jij Mercer. Questions can be placed to Jij directly at jmercer@cpsge.org, or here to the parks department!
