Women's & Men's Adult Volleyball League 2022 - 2023

RULES:

All participants for the league are required to self-screen at home prior to coming to the league game for the day. If the participant does not feel well they are advised to please stay at home.

(a) Self-screening shall include checking for symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal symptoms, new loss of taste/smell, muscle aches, or any other symptoms that feel like a cold. Anyone with a fever of 100.0?F or above or any other signs of illness must not be permitted to attend the program.

ALL PLAYERS ARE MANDATED TO FILL OUT AND SIGN A COVID WAIVER FORM and a WAIVER FORM FROM THE CHICOPEE PARKS & RECREATION DEPT. IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LEAGUE. IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE WAIVERS BY THE DEADLINE STATED BY THE DEPARTMENT YOUR TEAM WILL NOT PLAY.

Teams rosters Must have the player’s full name and phone number.
