Men's Adult Basketball League 2021 - 2022

COVID 19 RULES:

A. All Players and Referees will be required (regardless of vaccination status) to wear masks at all times while in the school. 

B. All participants for the league are required to self-screen at home prior to coming to the league game for the day. If the participant does not feel well they are advised to please stay at home.

(a) Self-screening shall include checking for symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal symptoms, new loss of taste/smell, muscle aches, or any other symptoms that feel like a cold. Anyone with a fever of 100.0?F or above or any other signs of illness must not be permitted to attend the program.

C. In the event a player tests positive for Covid-19 please contact our office so that we may report it to the Health Dept. for contact tracing purposes.
 
D. All players must have their own personal equipment (Masks, water bottles, Knee Pads protective gear, etc) and cannot share it with other team. 

E. Players must be ready to play and on time once game starts.

F. Teams will not be allowed to congregate at any part of the school or parking lot before or after their scheduled game. Players must come directly to the gym, play and then leave. Lingering is NOT allowed.

G. ALL PLAYERS ARE MANDATED TO FILL OUT AND SIGN A COVID WAIVER FORM and a WAIVER FORM FROM THE CHICOPEE PARKS & RECREATION DEPT. IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LEAGUE. IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE WAIVERS BY THE DEADLINE STATED BY THE DEPARTMENT YOUR TEAM WILL NOT PLAY.

H. Teams rosters Must have the player’s full name and phone number to allow for contact tracing.
