Swim Lessons
Swim Lessons are back in Chicopee!

The Rec Department has secured a Certified Water Safety Instructor for the Summer, and she will be bringing Swim Lessons to Ray Ash Pool. 

Molly Menard got certified as a WSI in October of last year, but she has been teaching for almost 5 years. Molly was on the South Hadley swim team in high school for 5 years (8th grade to senior year), and was a captain her senior year.

Molly stresses water safety during lessons, prioritizing kids learning to keep themselves out of danger while swimming. Molly was named The Holyoke YMCA employee of the month for May for her efforts in swim lessons there!

Classes will run twice a week on Tues/Thurs from July 8 until the 31st
